Hotel O Puente offers a quaint setting with a decent view of the garden where guests can enjoy free private parking and a relaxing terrace. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable.Despite the charming atmosphere, our sleep was disrupted by a faulty smoke detector in the hallway that beeped incessantly. Although I reported it promptly, it remained unresolved, impacting our experience. The lack of luggage carts made transporting our belongings cumbersome.The highlight of our stay was the delicious continental breakfast served in the lovely dining area. The hotel also offers tours and ticket assistance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. Hotel O Puente has potential but needs to address the maintenance issues to provide a truly enjoyable stay.
